SB14 HFA Rodighiero 3-12 [Amendment to SB14 HFIN AM 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Rodighiero moves to amend the amendment on page 34, Section 5, line 20, by striking out the words “two public charter schools” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “one public charter school”;

            On page 35, Section 5, line 3, by striking out the words “two public charter schools have” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “one public charter school has”;

            On page 35, Section 5, line 6, by striking out the words “schools are” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “school is”;

            And,

            On page 35, Section 5, line 7, by striking out the words “two schools that are” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “school that is”.
